Tai chi is a gentle, non-competitive martial art form that originated in China. People practice Tai Chi for any number of reasons: To improve posture, flexibility, and strength; to manage stress and improve mood; to generally improve health and well-being; and to practice with others who share a similar mindset in a supportive atmosphere.
The best way to understand Tai Chi, however, is to come experience it yourself. Our Tai Chi classes are open to everyone regardless of age or experience level, and each class is tailored to the goals and abilities of those who attend. There is no obligation, save for the goals you set for yourself.
